I see a charge of $9.95 of my account - why?
You have selected to buy the Pro Movie upgrade. Within the member's
area you can find the "Pro Pack" which contains full
codec's and movie players for every movie and audio file format
on the planet. This allows you to download and view all the movies
on the file-sharing networks we provide.
Since we have no way of tracking whether you have installed or
downloaded the program - this is a non-refundable charge.
I don't recognize the fee charged to my card - why?
The charge on your credit card is a ONE-TIME charge for the period
you have selected (1 Year or 2 Years at the monthly rate). For
